FEES AND POLICIES

Thank you for visiting my site!  Finding the right therapist is an important process.  Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions you may have.  I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if my services may be a good fit for you.

Attendance and Length of Session:

Therapy is usually provided once a week for a 50-minute session.  Therapy works best when you attend as consistently as possible.

Fees:

My fee for service is $180 per individual session and $200 per couple/family session. Payments are made at each session by check, cash, or credit card. I provide monthly bills that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Insurance:

I am not on any insurance panels.  However, if you have PPO health insurance, you may be eligible for reimbursement for a portion of the fees. Check your coverage by calling the number on the back of your card and asking if you are eligible for reimbursement by out of network providers.   I can supply a summary of services to provide to you insurance carrier.

The No Surprises Act and Good Faith Estimates:

The No Surprises Act was designed to protect consumers from receiving unexpected medical bills from out of network providers.  Under the provisions of this act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers must give their clients who do not have insurance or who are not using their insurance, an estimate of the bill for their treatment,

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.  This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • If you received a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Please be sure to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
